Designed and deployed pure Business-specific solutions like Organization structure realignment by focusing on a manufacturing business approach.
HR anchored the entire Business impact process by effectively moving into SBU oriented structure with the SBU head getting the responsibility of P&L and EBIDTA growth co-owned by all functional leaders. The entire Business perspective was measured through a new system of Balance score card tracked online by SBU heads & Functional leaders and further Performance of individuals and teams were also linked to the balanced scorecard system besides the variable reward system.
